Welcome to Teachigo. By accessing our website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Teachigo provides online live language coaching for German proficiency (A1-B2 levels). We offer training and preparation but do not issue official certifications (e.g., Goethe, TELC). Students must register for official exams independently.
2. Enrollment and Payments
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required fee.
- Fees are non-transferable to other individuals.
- Teachigo reserves the right to change course fees at any time, but price changes will not affect students who have already enrolled and paid.
3. User Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional behavior during live sessions. Harassment, disruption, or sharing of course links with non-enrolled individuals will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, presentations, documents, and videos provided by Teachigo remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any of these materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality education, Teachigo does not guarantee specific outcomes or examination results. Your success depends on your personal effort and practice.
