Refund Policy

At Teachigo, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your learning experience. However, due to the limited seat capacity of our batches, we have a strict refund and cancellation policy.

1. Cancellations Before Batch Start

If you request a cancellation at least 3 days before your scheduled batch or 1-to-1 session begins, you are eligible for a 100% full refund (minus any payment gateway transaction fees).

2. Cancellations After Batch Start

We offer a 2-class trial period. If you are unsatisfied after attending the first 2 classes, you may request a cancellation and we will issue a 75% refund.

No refunds will be processed after the completion of the 3rd class.

3. Batch Transfers

Instead of a refund, students may opt to transfer their enrollment to a future batch. This request must be made within the first week of the course and is subject to seat availability.

4. Process for Refunds

  • All refund requests must be sent in writing to teachigolearninghub@gmail.com.
  • Please include your full name, registered email, and batch details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
